Common questions
- I need a sub tonight
- Post the spot from the app — court, time, level. Players nearby get it right away. You approve who comes; nobody joins your game without your say-so.
- Nobody's claiming my post
- Check the time and level first — those two do most of the work. A spot posted the same evening reaches fewer people than one posted a day ahead. Sharing the link straight into your league chat helps too.
- I want to delete my account
- Settings → Account → Delete account, inside the app. That clears your profile, open posts, and push tokens. Past chats will show you as “Deleted player”. It can't be undone, so we ask you to type DELETE first.
- Someone's behaving badly
- Report them from their profile or the chat, or block them outright from the same place. Reports reach a human. Tell us at the address below if something needs attention faster.
- I'm not getting notifications
- Check that notifications are enabled for Pepper in your phone's settings — that's the usual culprit. If they're on and still quiet, write to us with your phone model and we'll dig in.
