In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This is the fastest route and it takes effect straight away.
Without the app
Uninstalled it, lost the phone, or can't sign in? Email hello@trypepper.ing from the address on the account, and say you want it deleted. We reply to confirm before anything is removed, because an email alone is not proof the account is yours. Expect a response within a few days.
You have seven days to change your mind
Deletion starts a 7-day grace period. Signing in during those seven days cancels it — that is all it takes, and there is nothing else to undo. After the seven days it runs, and it cannot be reversed.
Once it has run, that sign-in identity cannot be used to register again. Coming back means a new account.
What is erased
- Your name, phone number and email
- Your saved devices and notifications
- Any share links you made
What stays, with your name off it
Some things are not removed, because other people's games depend on them. They stop pointing at you instead. We would rather say so here than have you find out afterwards.
- Your card and its number
- The number is spent for good — coming back means a new card
- Your profile photo
- Removed from your profile, but the stored file is not erased
- Roster spots and sub requests
- Released and cancelled, then kept so other people's teams still add up
- Messages you sent to teams
- Shown as “Team member” — deleting them would break other people's threads
- Reports you made
- Kept while open, then anonymised
We also have no routine that clears old messages or activity data, so those may remain stored while the service operates — with your name off them. Analytics records are kept but stop being linked to you.
